治療甲狀腺亢進藥物常見副作用

皮疹、嘔吐、肝炎、黃疸、神經炎、關節炎、顆粒性白血球缺乏症、血小板減少症。懷孕婦女服用可能影響胎兒，產生甲狀腺腫及呆小症。治療期間應固定回診追蹤，服藥後如出現發燒、寒顫、喉嚨疼痛、皮膚或眼睛泛黃、不正常出血或其他不適，務必立即停藥並回診就醫。

Hyperuricemia

Hyperuricemia常因urate production過量、impairment of renal uric acid clearance所導致，其它如lymphoproliferative and myeloproliferative disorders, psoriasis, vitamin B12 deficiency, preeclampsia, and lead toxicity也可能造成hyperuricemia。
